‘Hollyhood’ Haley J Vows She's Not Done with NWA Women’s World Champ Kenzie Paige

“Hollyhood” Haley J is furious!

“I was robbed, straight up!” she declared moments after failing to capture the National Wrestling Alliance Women’s World title from Kenzie Paige on the most recent NWA Powerrr.

Those who saw NWA’s weekly Tuesday night flagship broadcast might disagree. To kick off NWA Looks That Kill, “The Boughettoest Baddie” challenged Paige for “The Burke” in the episode’s main event.

“That referee purposely distracted me!” Haley J wailed, scrambling to excuse her loss to the NWA Women’s World Champion. “The whole world saw it, and most importantly, Kenzie Paige knows it!”

""Hollyhood'“ Haley J turned her back on Kenzie Paige. The champ capitalized, catching her with a “Kenzie Cutter” in the main event of her NWA Powerrr Women’s World Title Match.

That’s certainly debatable. The challenger unquestionably dominated a significant part of the match. However, the tides turned when Haley J’s effort to use her infamous “sock of rocks” backfired.

By arguing the official’s decision to seize the weapon, Haley offered the champion a moment to recover. Seconds later, Paige hit a “Kenzie Cutter” for the win, temporarily ending the second-generation star’s hopes of claiming NWA gold.

“It’s more realistic to suggest Haley J cost herself the victory,” says NWA Powerrr lead broadcaster Joe Galli, who called the match.

“Haley had Kenzie in serious trouble,” he admits. “Instead of staying on the offense, she turned her back on the champion — and that’s a fatal mistake against a competitor like Kenzie Paige.”

Galli’s assessment only seems to fuel Haley J’s anger. The multi-time Ohio Valley Wrestling Women’s champion vows this is far from the last Paige will see of her.

“I don’t care if it’s in a National Wrestling Alliance ring or if I have to catch her in the skreets,” Haley J declares.

“I’m not done with Kenzie Paige — not even a little!" the star of the Netflix series The Wrestlers promises. "I’m ‘Hollyhood’ Haley J…and I don’t play!”
