The New Era of NWA Heads to Cleveland
NWA 75 marked a new beginning for the National Wrestling Alliance.
Over the two-night NWA anniversary spectacular, eight new champions were crowned. Seen by many as a hard reset of sorts for nearly everything fans have known for a year, these were just the start of changes to NWA programming.
Days later, Season 15 of NWA Powerrr arrived with a fresh, new look and feel as well. The classic studio setting of the NWA’s flagship YouTube program was updated to be more polished and visually stimulating. The break-neck new pace is designed to keep audiences on the edge of their seats — and does exactly that!
Equally exciting was the immediate announcement of NWA’s first pay-per-view of this new era. Now all roads lead to Cleveland, OH, home of new NWA promotional territory EXODUS PRO. On October 28, NWA presents Samhain, a pay-per-view which promises monumental clashes with high stakes and potentially violent outcomes.
Marking the end of summer and harvest season, Samhain is the time of year when darkness looms and the veil between the living and the dead is considered thinnest. If this seems exceptionally ominous, one can only imagine it should — as some NWA stars are certain to reap what they’ve sown!
In this issue of NWA Official Wrestling, our team takes a look at recent changes to the National Wrestling Alliance. We speculate what’s ahead as every new champion, and the growing list of challenges for each, wants to make their indelible mark in history.
The only things standing between these NWA superstars and destiny are time and opportunity. It all begins Oct. 28 in Cleveland — when we find out who can make it out of Samhain alive.
