Two Massive Cage Matches Headline March 4 ‘NWA Powerrr’
This Tuesday, two huge cage matches headline NWA Powerrr.
National Wrestling Alliance World’s Heavyweight Champion Thom Latimer steps inside the steel with the man he defeated for the title, EC3.
“Remember: I’m not trapped in that cage with you, EC3,” Latimer told his opponent prior to the clash. “You are locked in there with me!”
The cerebral former champ sees things in a different light. Says EC3: “I am walking out of that cage in Dothan, AL, with my title… as a two-time World’s Heavyweight Champion.”
The same night, Natalia Markova squares off against Tiffany Nieves. As the grapplers look to resolve their ongoing feud, they compete in the first women’s cage match in Alabama state history.
“At Looks That Kill, inside a steel cage, Tiffany Nieves finds out why I am the toughest woman in the National Wrestling Alliance,” declares Markova.
“Natalia Markova is delusional,” Nieves responds. “‘La Princesa’ is winning the first-ever women’s cage match in Alabama history — and then I will take my rightful place atop the NWA!”
Hailing from the packed Dothan Civic Center, these cage matches are the co-main events for the NWA Signature Live Event Looks That Kill. The National Wrestling Alliance returns to Dothan, AL, for Hard Times V on March 22.
That Signature Live Event will also be filmed for future release on NWA Powerrr. New episodes of NWA’s weekly flagship broadcast stream worldwide each Tuesday, 6:05pm EST, on the National Wrestling Alliance X (formerly Twitter) account.
