A new unscripted series focused on National Wrestling Alliance President and Smashing Pumpkins frontman William Patrick Corgan is slated to launch May 14 on The CW.

Billy Corgan’s Adventures in Carnyland launches May 14 on The CW, Deadline reports. 

The eight-episode, unscripted series pulls the curtain back, shining a spotlight on the life of Grammy-nominated musician and National Wrestling Alliance President William Patrick Corgan. Whether a fan of his music career or professional wrestling, Billy Corgan’s Adventures in Carnyland takes viewers behind-the-scenes in ways the notoriously private front-man for platinum-selling rock act The Smashing Pumpkins has never allowed. 

In addition to its revealing look at life on the road with both Smashing Pumpkins and NWA, Billy Corgan’s Adventures in Carnyland also focuses heavily on Corgan’s home life, Deadline shares. It picks up as the father of two is planning to marry, begging the question whether he can successfully navigate the worlds of rock ‘n roll, wrestling and weddings.

Billy Corgan’s Adventures in Carnyland is produced by The Nacelle Company. Established in 2017, the production team previously helmed award-winning outings featuring Zach Efron, Kevin Hart and more A-List entertainers.
