Two Sets of NWA Tag Titles Change Hands on NWA Powerrr

The fallout from NWA 76 continues this week on NWA Powerrr! On another star-studded episode of the National Wrestling Alliance’s weekly flagship broadcast, two new sets of tag team champions crowned!

The National Wrestling Alliance has new World Women’s Tag Team Champions in The IT Girls, Ella Envy and Ms. Starr. Also on the show, The Country Gentlemen with manager and father Joe Cazana captured the NWA United States tag titles.

The Oct. 22 episode of NWA Powerrr is packed with National Wrestling Alliance favorites. In addition to the two title matches, Eric Smalls must face the music and allow Rolando and Slade a shot at his “Family Jewels.” Watch now on NWA’s X!


New NWA Women’s TV Champion Crowned in Chicago!

There’s a new National Wrestling Alliance Women’s Television Champion!! Big Mama shocked the world over the weekend, capturing the vacant title in Highland Park, IL.

The ring veteran upset “La Princesa” Tiffany Nieves, “Hollyhood” Haley J and winner of the 2024 Burke Invitational Gauntlet Natalia Markova at the NWA-Chicago Super Smashing Halloween event on Oct. 18.

“Big Strong” Mims Wins NWA National Championship

The National Wrestling Alliance has a new National heavyweight champion! On this week’s NWA Powerrr, ”Big Strong” Mims won the coveted title vacated by reigning World’s champion Thom Latimer.

At NWA 76, Mims faced Burchill, Bryan Idol and Carson Drake in a four-way elimination match for belt. The final two combatants were Drake and ultimate winner Mims, though the finish was not without controversy. Mims’ manager Blk Jeez appeared to pay off Drake, ensuring his client victory and the title.

Also on the same episode, Kenzie Paige defended the NWA Women’s World title against No. 1 contender Max the Impaler. Odinson & Kratos — The Immortals — faced former NWA World Tag Team Champions Blunt Force Trauma with manager Aron Stevens in a “Liberty Bell Brawl.”

A new National Wrestling Alliance World’s Heavyweight Champion was crowned on the season premiere of NWA Powerrr!

Thom Latimer defeated EC3 for the coveted “Ten Pounds of Gold.” Latimer finally ended his long-time rival’s historic year-plus reign as NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion in a blistering battle at NWA 76.

The match was the main event of the season kick-off of weekly flagship broadcast NWA Powerrr. For the next five weeks, global audiences can NWA Powerrr, and the hard-hitting pro wrestling action of the National Wrestling Alliance, streaming on the NWA’s X (formerly Twitter) account.

New NWA Powerrr Season Premieres OCt. 1, 6:05pm EST on NWA’s ‘X’ Account

NWA President and owner William Patrick Corgan addresses the future of the National Wrestling Alliance.

On Tuesday, Oct. 1, an all-new season of NWA Powerrr premieres at its historic 6:05pm EST time slot — streaming worldwide on the National Wrestling Alliance X (formerly Twitter) account!

NWA Powerrr kicks off with two huge World’s title matches and a not-to-be-missed announcement from NWA President and owner William Patrick Corgan. Filmed at the sold-out NWA 76 super show in Philadelphia, this massive broadcast event is accessible to global audiences via X, the social media platform previously known as Twitter.

In the main event, the “Ten Pounds of Gold” are on the line when champion EC3 defends against long-time rival and No. 1 contender Thom Latimer. Reigning champions Knox & Murdoch put the NWA World Tag Team titles on the line against 2024 Crockett Cup winners Alex Taylor and Kerry Morton of The Southern Six.

The Stars of the National Wrestling Alliance Rocked Chicago-Based Riot Fest!

From Sept. 20-22, 2024, the NWA® brought hard-hitting pro wrestling action to the Illinois music festival. Fans at Chicago’s Douglass Park were wowed by top stars of the National Wrestling Alliance and its regional promotions NWA Krossfire, Exodus Pro and NWA-Chicago.

The festival gathered many of the biggest and rising names in music. Over the course of three days, the event was headlined by the likes of Fall Out Boy, Beck, Cypress Hill and Rob Zombie.


The National Wrestling Alliance has crowned the first Mid-America champion in more than 35 years! Veteran wrestler Jeremiah Plunkett won a four-way elimination match to become the first NWA Mid-America champion since 1988. Read more.

National Wrestling Alliance Makes Its Triumphant Return to Philadelphia After 30 Years with the Sold-Out NWA 76 Anniversary Spectacular.

The National Wrestling Alliance packed the house Aug. 31, 2024. NWA 76 celebrated “History, Legacy & Tradition” with a night of hard-hitting pro wrestling action in front of a sold-out crowd at Philadelphia’s iconic 2300 Arena. The anniversary spectacular commemorated nearly eight decades of National Wrestling Alliance® action.

Filled with big name returns, debuts, championship matches and history-in-the-making, NWA 76 was a triumphant return to Philadelphia for pro wrestling’s most legendary promotion.The entire event was filmed to air on future releases of NWA’s flagship weekly broadcast NWA Powerrr. With new episodes debuting every Tuesday on The CW, fans everywhere can witness the action, excitement and surprises of NWA 76.

However, there’s nothing like experiencing the National Wrestling Alliance live and in-person. NWA® films all-new episodes of NWA Powerrr Oct. 5-6, 2024, in Tampa. The NWA’s next Signature Live Event is Samhain 2. This second-annual Halloween show is slated Oct. 28 at the renowned Robart’s Arena in Sarasota, FL.
